Meet Stasha Hampton

Stasha Hampton, PMHNP-BC, completed her master’s degree in nursing from Maryville University in December 2020. Prior to, she earned a bachelor’s degree of science in nursing in 2016. Mental healthcare became her passion during nursing school, and upon graduating from nursing school, she went on to spend four years nursing in the inpatient setting at Tristar Centennial Parthenon Pavilion, as well as contracting with Middle Tennessee State University as an adjunct clinical instructor with their school of nursing.

She believes in treating the individual, and not just the diagnosis, by collaborating with her patients to design and implement a treatment plan that is tailored to their needs. She recognizes that mental healthcare is not structured on a one size fits all model, and believes in treating patients in a holistic manner, assuring that all healing modalities are considered. Stasha is a native middle Tennessean who grew up splitting time between her family’s farm and the suburbs about 20-minutes west of Nashville. She is happily married with incredible triplet daughters. She LGBTQIA affirming and maintains the ethical code of treating patients in an unbiased manner.
